MInola Review is now accepting poetry, fiction, and creative non-fiction from women and non-binary writers.

Minola Review publishes a select number of only the boldest, most simultaneously raw and refined material.
For further insight into Minola's mandate read Robin Richardson's essay on The Unsympathetic Voice in North American Review: HERE

We will be publishing on a rolling basis and are focused on quality over quantity. The selection and editorial processes will be rigorous.

We accept submissions through Submittable.

Please send your strongest unpublished work. Simultaneous submissions are okay but do notify us immediately if the work is accepted elsewhere. Please allow up to three months for a response.

POETRY: Send up to four poems in one document. Looking for strong, honest work here.

FICTION: Send up to 5,000 words. Micro fiction is welcome and can be sent as a series. Novel excerpts are also welcome provided they stand well on their own.

CREATIVE NON-FICTION: Strong preference here for something that focuses on women and the female experience in general. Popular culture, history, spirituality, psychology, activism, and personal essays are encouraged.

We pay an honourarium of $20 per published work. All right revert back to the author upon publication.

We try to respond to all submissions within three months. Please do not follow up on your submissions within that time.
